Iako na tržištu postoji mnogo sličnih prozivoda, neki se ipak ističu. Zašto? Ispričati ćemo vam poduzetničku priču obitelji koje je hobi pretvorila u uspješan posao.

 

Kada ste zadnji put na tržištu susreli s poduzetničkom idejom koja se s pravom može nazvati novinom? Nešto što pomiče granice i pravila, te možda i postavlja temelje nekim novim idejama. Ovog ćemo vam puta ispričati poduzetničku priču obitelji koje je svoj hobi pretvorila u uspješan posao.

Dom Jambrešićevih smješten je u zagorskom mjestu Klanjec te se na ovom relativno malom obiteljskom imanju već skoro 20 godina bave uzgojem kupina, namirnice koju mnogi stručnjaci zbog koncentracije ljekovitih sastojaka i antioksidansa nazivaju supervoćem. Ovog puta, razgovarali smo s mlađim predstavnikom ove obiteljske tvrtke Igorom Jambrešićem, mladim stručnjakom koji nam je pojasnio zbog čega su kupine za obitelj Jambrešić toliko važne.

Igor Jambrešić is not your ordinary blackberry grower. He’s a real businessman, technologist, and maybe even a scientist who takes his blackberries seriously. That is probably one of the reasons OPG Jambrešić is quite a succesfull little venture. The fact that the whole family is involved in blackberries production process also helps. They are proud to say that the whole process is organic, as they strive to respect and maintain natural cycles of production using the renewable resources and preserving the landscape.

Blackberry wine Kupilek is one of the best ones we’ve tried. Balanced, full bodied, not to sweet, nor too acidic. They also make a blackberry jam we somehow missed, probably because we were focused on the wine!

Wine of health and pleasure

On the estate of Igor Jambrešić first rose a plantation of blackberries, and than from then was produced the first wine named "Kupilek".

They say that people from Zagorje express the greatest honor to a friend or acquaintance when they invite him to their klet and toast him with "kupicom" of domestic wine. But these custom Igor Jambrešić, owner of IDANova, trade for manufacture and processing of fruit from Novi Dvori next to Klanjec, doesn’t just repeat in a friendly, relaxed company, but also every time he offers his wine "Kupilek", made from blackberries, to the customers. 

It is an unusual beverage for Zagorje in which since ancient days songs are sang about the grapes and wine making tradition is celebrated. That is why upon arrival at the home of our 31 years old host we impatiently anticipated to taste his "Kupilek". And while surrounded with barrels made of inox in a seller of family two-story house, we bring to our mouth nicely shaped "kupicu" made from lucid glass; we notice that "Kupilek" has nice dark red color, as well as a strong taste. That sort of grade was our host expecting, which is why he started his story about his unusual dessert wine.
